Operating Instruction
- Ensure switched off power supply.
- Battery charger placed in well ventilated area.
- Select DC charging voltage 12v/24v DC.
- Auto full charging switch to 12v/24v position as selected battery charging voltage.
- Current control knob placed zero current (minimum) position.
- Boost/float switch to float position.
- Connect battery to be charged.
- Apply power supply.
- Switched ON power switch.
- Monitor AC power supply on the AC meter 220-240 AC voltage.
- Monitor DC voltage on the DC volt meter as selected.
- Wait 30 sec.- 1 minute for processing warm- up time.
- Increase current control very slowly & softly observing Amps meter indication. Confirm that Amps meter needle increase gradually without hunting. (Important data kept in mind that 4-20 mili volt SRC base voltage will control 0-60 Amperes output current.
- Increase output current as required.
- Placed boost/float switch as desired.
- If boost/float switch in float position, then charged fully. After that current cut of automatically, charging current indication needle does down automatically. Then charging with a little current to compensate the discharge rate of battery set.
- If you placed boost/float switch to boost position it will continue charging until switch off.
- AC ON/float charge /boost charge/ 24v/ 12v/ full charge will indicate in the LED panel by LED indications.
- For 06 voltage battery charging, charger is selected to 12 volt battery charging. Then connect 06 volt battery motherboard automatically select 06 volt output and charge the battery.
